On Patrol

The lifesavers were out early at North Cottesloe Beach this morning.

This was despite the early arrival of the Fremantle doctor. This South Westerly wind whipped up the water this morning .

It was still fantastic having my early morning swim, followed by the traditional tea and toast (with vegemite of course).
