'A Day with Friends'

Today was our annual catch up with the Glowinski's at their house for lunch. It seems that every year they add another baby to the family and this year we met little Rollo, the cutest looking little fella, with an awesome hairdo. Remy showed us proudly around his garden impressing me with his knowledge of all types of plants, veggies and herbs. He's very passionate about his edible garden (just like his Dad). He cooked up a lovely Mexican lunch finished off with cakes that all of the friends that joined us had made. MsMun made a delicious Orange Polenta cake.

Later tonight, Bella and I headed off to 'The Basin Music Festival' which is a local council community festival where our mate Ben Kelly was playing a set at 8pm tonight. He was joined on stage by Stewart Kohinga and Phill Deeh who improvised along with a few of Ben's tunes, doing a great job of it. Loving the new look Ben in his new hat too.

The sound shell and the sound was awesome. Great little event.
