Mirror Mirror

I took a detour through the Beatrix Park today -- hadn't been there in years. I remember when we first moved to Amsterdam, there was a terrible storm (1989 I think) and many of the Chestnut trees in the park blew down. I was astounded to see that the new ones were all grown up now -- only the thickness of the trunks in comparison to their older siblings gave them away.

But I liked this picture better then my photos of the trees.
