French buttons

I was surprised how quiet it was in Bloomsbury today. I expect everyone is Christmas shopping at Westfield. I saw these vintage buttons in a window on Lamb's Conduit Street. Half the shops in this delightfully upmarket thoroughfare were closed which is so strange.

Today I managed to get parking ticket of the beast which caused me to be trapped underground in the Brunswick Centre for a long time.
