It's a Wonderful Life

This blip reminded me of one of my favourite films, Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life starring James Stewart and Donna Reed. It never fails to tap right into the emotions at this time of year and produce the odd sniffle.

I had seen it many times on TV before finally going to the cinema in Glasgow a few years ago in December and seeing it at the Glasgow Film Theatre, which has multiple showings at this time of year. It was only when I saw it at the GFT that I really appreciated it and I can honestly say that there were a lot of people dabbing their eyes with a hankie at the end.
