Undulation

On the drive to Calliach, seven miles from Dervaig, we had a discussion about the stone walls in the fields along the way; why build a wall, (instead of a fence), the size and shape of stones and how a stone wall builder would go about the planning of a wall on land like this. And possibility of another wall blip. . The shots didn't turn out well but this one shows the up and down of the terrain, not only was a wall considered worth building but has stood the test of time on the rugged Coast line
