Mono Monday: Change

I must be a sentimental person, but this is one of my all-time favorite movies. Director Frank Capra actually lived in our town at one point, and has a street named after him not far from where I live.
I'm grateful for the wonderful life I have, but am reflecting on how fragile this life can be for some. Unexpectedly, and quite suddenly, something changes and turns the world upside down. Even though I find myself longing for a more innocent time, I know that actions can never be undone. I am hoping and praying for strength to face the changes ahead.
