Linlithgow Palace sunset
The last Saturday before Christmas is a day to avoid city- and town-centre shops if at all possible, so I took myself off to Linlithgow to walk round the loch. The fact that it was bright, sunny and relatively mild was a real bonus.
The walk around the loch isn't particularly long (the signs say 2.3 miles) but it was daylight when I started and the sun set during the walk, which made for some interesting changes of light along the way.
Not much else I can say about this photo, except that the view of St Michael's Church, Linlithgow Palace and the Loch looked good in 'real life' and I hope I've given some idea of how good it was.
