Sunny Flowery Seedlings

I'm a a gardener, I must be. I had a pot with a lovely sunflower shaped bow on it for my birthday. It was empty! However, I have been watering it and it is in a sunny position on the kitchen windowsill. (Check out those mucky windows).

Voila! These leggy darlings are growing centimetres every day. Now all I need is some advice as to what to do next.
