Waiting for Christmas
That's the last of the baking done for my pre-Christmas cocktail party tomorrow. I've done filo pastry mince pies made with homemade mince meat and individual lemon meringues made with home made lemon curd and filo pastry. I've roasted my ham and made my pigs in blankets today too. Tomorrow I will make the smoked salmon canapés and the salads and dips.
