Christmas stockings

More than 20 years ago I made stockings for my (then young) children: today they still like to receive them on Christmas morning filled with little gifts!  Daughter#2, Violet's mum, asked if I could carry on the tradition and make one for my granddaughter.  Here you see the old stockings surrounded by some of the materials being used to make the new one.
