Echo Point

We have been enjoying near perfect weather. Twenty five degree maximums make a pleasant summer day and even the colour looks gentler (although my imagination may be helping there). Anyway, as I post this image it remains yesterday's blip, shot at maybe 7:00 pm. Ever since the big reveal, I have been a day behind somehow.

Echo Point at Katoomba is sort of Blue Mountains Tourism central. The big information centre is here as is this enormous viewing area, offering scenes of the Jamison Valley as well as a fine assortment of souvenirs, postcards, cafes, upmarket hotels etc.
