Resident Red Kite

This morning we went to Little Missenden to attend our Monthly Branch Ringing Morning, we've not be regular attendees at these of late and it was good to see everyone and wish them A Happy Christmas, everyone was very kind to me and wished me well also.

We walked locally in the afternoon, even trying a new path which we had been previously cautious of trying due to rumours of an unfriendly landowner, but all was well.

This chap sits in a tree near our house quite often, I presume it's the same one but there again........ Magnificent birds!
