Lots of working out...

Well things are changing for me once again...

Last Friday work announced that they have advertised my job as they want it filled with a permanent member of staff rather than a contractor (me)...

Yesterday my boss said he would like me to apply for it (that was very nice as i have only been there 12 weeks)

Now i'm trying to workout the real difference between contact and permanent rates... the other issue is the 15 hours a week commute is partly tolerable by being paid a ton of money... not sure how easy it would be without that.
