Sizzling steak

Sirloin steak on the rocks. Our first attempt to cook steaks on volcanic rock heated in the convection oven was a resounding success. My mom brought 4 rocks with her from SA. There weren't much weight left for other luggage.

The steak went perfect with 2004 Reserva Vina de Perdon Navarra & Despicable Me.

In other news: We had our hair cut today and received bad service at the bank.
