Temple

We took Ogatodomar up to the Farmers Market and then home via the Dean Gardens and Mellis' cheesemongers in Stockbridge. Later in the afternoon we went across the Links to Stan's birthday party - it was lovely to see Syuzen and family again. Then we walked back to the Vaults where O kindly treated us to dinner. Had fish pie, it was delicious. Then the pub for a beer or two and lots more blethering, of course.

This is Hygieia's temple which stands above St Bernard's Well on the Water of Leith. I've never coincided with a day when the pump room beneath her feet is open, but at least one blipper managed it a few years back!
