The elephant house
Now here's conundrum. On our travels today we discovered that the unused gasometer is up for sale. Its unused but is a bit on an icon, (there's an overused word), on the beach skyline.
Now you may think that given it overlooks the sea this would be a piece of prime estate but there's a catch. It has listed status - meaning you can't knock it down. So if you were lucky enough to purchase a Victorian engineering masterpiece what would you do with it?
A place to keep, very, very big elephants? A practice arena for trapeze artists?
Answers on a postcard please.
