Or rather on the wall.  

Art showing local places painted by local schoolchildren adorning a perspex wall outside the old building society in Bingley.  

Have to say that the art wall is a vast improvement on the dreadful concrete slabs from which the building society was constructed (you can see a little of it in the background).  Won't be sorry to see that building pulled down.
