There be a brisk wind blowing the shortest day away.   I did not linger long up at the aerodrome just now.   

Great fun seeing Frank Skinner last night.  He is very good at bantering with the audience and on that note I am thankful we were not seated in the front row.    I've been caught out like that before at a comedy gig... terrifying if you are not on the ball with retorts.

Managed to catch up with the Strictly final.   What a great final and I'm pleased that Caroline won.
