Sacrilege

More mince pie mayhem this year. We're leaving for Colorado this afternoon, and I was in a hurry this morning, so I just pulled some filo dough out of the freezer. Fluffy, crispy yumminess ensued! I highly recommend. The mince is now 2 years old, so that helped. Now the trick will be to transfer these safely to Denver...

In other news, the old couch has been sold (hence the rush this morning) for far more than we thought we'd get for it. We didn't bother trying to bargain the buyer down.
