Twice baked potato

Instead of a boring old jacket potato I made a twice baked potato and it was very good.

What a shitty day! Something unbelievable happened at work which for a time made me think I would be prevented from having the new job I have been offered. Was so stressed. Felt physically affected by it all which is not good as stress just makes me ill these days. It seemed to get resolved but until I get something in writing from HR and get a start date I am going to feel very uneasy.
