lovers of light...and sandend beach

beth, beefy and euan went off into town on the busy train, so we did the exact opposite and went to sandend for a bit of fresh air and beach combing.

it was just what we needed...and what I've missed this year while we've been too busy doing other things. it was lovely to see christmas lights in the sandend cottages.

there were about 12 surfers in today and daisy and peggy found some starfish on the beach. I stocked up on a few stones to paint then we headed home when it got dark. perfect.

there wasn't too much light around today for my lovers of light photo...this was at about 2.30 and the light was already starting to fail.
