Winter Solstice

Shortest day of the year today and a gloomy dreich one in the Granite City. Did some shopping and went to B and Q for some odds and ends . Shops a bit quieter than I expected - maybe everyone gets their stuff on line these days .
Wee walk up Queens Road this afternoon with a glimpse of sunshine . This is the finest granite house in the city in my book - catching a few rays of sunshine .
