Winter Solstice

I waited until the afternoon for the sun to come out from behind the clouds and when it did it was quite a lovely day.  The temperature was only around 40 degrees (5 Celsius) but the sun was enough to bring out the walkers, bikers, and even some tennis players.  The geese seemed to be enjoying as well. 


I have done so many shots of the park and so I apologize if you are getting tired of them.  This scene in the very late afternoon sun was too nice to resist.
