Winter Solstice

It was a beautiful sunny winter day here. The sky was blue with more and more clouds gathering throughout the day. I drove over to Lake Wilcox and found a partially frozen lake. I had only taken a few pictures when I fell on the ice and snow on the boardwalk. I landed on my knee then keester but managed not to drop my camera. There was no one to help me up and it took a while to get back on my feet. I hobbled back to the car and put some ice on my bruised knee when I got home. Glad to know the days will be getting longer with daylight now! Happy Winter Solstice!
