Dunstanburgh Castle

Nice walk on the beach with singing group, round the point at Dunstanburgh Castle and ending up in a lovely little hamlet pub in Low Newton, called The Ship Inn - great range of beers including a Christmas special called Ale-lelujah Christmas beer @ 4.2%.

Another I tried (and can recommend!) is Sandcastles at Dawn
Hearty singing encouraged ... just as well as we were entertained by The Unthanks and The Keelers (as well as ourselves!)
