Cicer arietinum

Completely invented almost vegetarian couscous. Surprisingly good really.

Also known as: Chick Peas, Bengal Gram, Gram, Chana, Pois Chicke, Shihu, Garbanzo, Chola, Ceci, Cici, Cheechee, Pois Chiche, Gran, Kabuli, Channa, or Safaid Beans.

Couscous is not only good to eat, but the English title of a very moving film. The French title is better.
