The other day, Lauren and I were decorating the Christmas tree at my dad’s house. Holly watched us as we decorated in amusement. She started playing with all of the objects and ornaments we had lying on the ground. She was making a disaster of all of our hard work and sorting. As we were applying the lights to the tree, Holly decided she wanted to plays with the lights as we were untangling them. She makes the simplest task very hard to finish since she is constantly interrupting our progress. We had to take a break from untangling the lights, so we sat the lights down on the ground. Holly wasn’t done playing though. She wrapped herself in the lights and she looked so cute. Lauren started taking pictures of her and these were the results. She is such a pain, but she is so cute and I can’t help laughing at her. She makes such a mess for me. Every night while all of us are sleeping she swats all of the ornaments off of the bottom of the tree and I have to clean up after her ever single morning. I got her a toy for Christmas. It’s a mouse that makes a squeaking noise every time it is lightly tapped.
