Wafels one day, appeltaart the next.....

(NB - the spelling in the title is deliberate!) 

At the request of Richard (he being the king of 'nursery', puddingy stodge) and with the weather being so cold, windy and wet, it only seems right that we made our second Dutch appeltaart - in fact, Grace and I made this one.  Despite Grace's 'help',  it didn't turn out too badly!
