Reasons to be cheerful

1. We have passed the Winter Solstice, so the days are getting longer
2. The smell from these glorious hyacinths is knockout!
3. All the presents are wrapped
4. The Christmas food shopping is done
5. I managed to get 3 loads of washing on the line to dry today
