Frost in the valley

Today we drove to Courmayeur just over the Italian border through the Mont Blanc tunnel, and we found some lovely groomed pistes to ski, and a wonderful lunch stop called SuperG. The fact that it took 1hr 15mins to get there, involved queuing for another pass and walking through mud in our ski boots to get to the lifts mattered not at all - in the land of no snow we had a good day's skiing. And spotted this lovely frosty view on our way at dawn!
