As a huge fan of the TV show 'Diners, Drive-ins and Dives', I'm always on the lookout for great food - and nothing gets me more excited than authentic American BBQ.

So when we heard about Red's True Barbecue opening up in our old stamping ground of Headingley, Leeds, we knew we had to make the pilgrimage from North Wales.

And it was worth every single mile to be able to enjoy St Louis ribs, smoked brisket and Pit Beans, all washed down with root beer!
