Seven Months

At seven months Yasmin's character is really coming out now. She is a real giggler and full of fun, wanting to play with Finlay and all of his toys all of the time of course. She has become skilled at batting Finn away if things get too rough and is very strong, often kicking me quite hard when lying down. Nappy changes are a challenge is she doesn't sit still and at the moment is commando crawling pushing off one leg but keeps getting to her knees wanting to stand. She is doing brilliantly with weaning and happily eats anything you put in front of her. So far! Yasmin loves to touch and taste books trying to grab the image off the page but is not overly fond of listening to stories yet. However she does like action songs, smiling away. She is starting to babble now, her favourite sound being dadada but connecting the sound to daddy yet.
