Pain

This really said it all today - what a horrible start and it didn't get much better - brain spent the day racing and no matter how hard I tried it didn't quite stay focused on the work I needed to get done!

Popped out for a coffee with N when I spotted this and figured it summed today up quite well!

The day did improve (slightly) but still had way too many thoughts running around!

The show tonight was the West Dumbartonshire Schools Instrumental something or other - they were all pretty good to be honest - and I managed to wing it ok all on my own on the spotlight.
