Beating and Cake!

To make the cake I normally use the food processor thingamy but it never works out right to make the Carrot Cake topping so I always beat it by hand.
The cake was in the oven when I was doing the beating this morning and in the top left hand corner you can see a little bit of the result. 
Made a large slab carrot cake rather than a 7 inch round one, it has to go a long way on Christmas Eve.

The apron, by the way, was bought for me last Christmas by my Favourite Mother and Law. She didn't notice the boobs and suspenders in the packaging photo, or the large words that said 'Sexy Santa'!! Must take her to Specsavers!
And the earphone? Well, I can't work without Planet Rock!!
