Gladys Knight and the Blips

OK, stick with me on this one. This little slip came with my 2013 Blipbook and I stumbled across it today and, as often happens, the timing was quite neat.

For some reason it made me think of Gladys' The Way We Were. The lyrics of which are quite fitting.

Then I thought, no Blipfoto, You're The Best Thing That Ever Happened to me. (OK, stretching it a lot but it's a bit of fun). Again the lyrics ring amusingly true.

And just on a musical note, the way that Gladys and the Pips build into the chorus give me goosebumps every time.
