Unable to go past this

Woke two minutes before the alarm, and headed off for a run. Because our apartment faces northwest, I had no idea that on the other side was a magnificent sky preceding the rising of the sun. 

This was taken from Brisbane Street, beside the NZ Army regional HQ. Maungawhau (Mount Eden) is the high point in the distance.

A quiet day at the West EPI office. Back again to the North Shore part of the service tomorrow.
