Blood

Gave blood today. I hate doing it, and usually end up having an anxiety attack (which I hide from the nurses)! However, anxiety attack or no...it has to be done, a little discomfort for me could save someone's life so totally worth it. Plus I am B- which apparently is one of the rarer blood types (2 percent of the population) so even more necessary.

If there are blippers out there who don't give blood, I urge to to consider doing so....it's one of the best gifts you can give another human being.
