Day 73- Battambang
Today we did a Khmer cookery course, and visited the market as part of it. The guide explained that they cannot afford to waste food, so when the coconuts get too old they are ground down and used in cooking or to feed chickens, which is what this lady is doing. We learned how to make spring rolls, fish amok and beef lak lok.
