Another Christmas Elf.

It's becoming something of a Christmas tradition that D the builder comes to do work just before the big day!  He's just put the ceiling track in.  Another auction site bargain!  Having it put up is one the best Christmas presents ever. Big Fish can start to fully use the bathroom and bath again!
