Can I recommend a trip to your local swimming pool late afternoon on 23rd December? It was completely deserted, Will and his friend enjoyed the run of the place while Daisy was in the gym. The whole trip cost rather more than I anticipated though. On getting into the changing room Will announced he had brought his pe kit instead of swimming bag. His pe bag contained the grand total of one pe shoe (THAT is another long, annoying and expensive story). So, see those swimming trunks and goggles? Extra Christmas presents, they are.

Before all that was work, a touch more shopping, housework and cooking some nice things. I am feeling a little more complete than I did at 2am this morning.

I think Christmas may be close to starting.....
