Hello My Dear Friend

This is me today,  catching up with a derek friend on Skype.  
She used to lodge with me and now lives in Malta. Catching up on the lau hs we used to have. 
She is coming over to stay end of January. Looking forward to it.  
Hope you are nearly all prepared for the big day. I have cooked a lovely joint of beef in the slow cooker. Tastes lovely and so tender.
