Foggy Christmas Eve

I've been waiting for a foggy day to take the fisheye into my neighbour's.
Most of his radiata forest came down in the 2011 windstorm, but it's still very beautiful.

People are out shopping for Australia.
It's pandemonium!

Preparations are well underway here and if I've forgotten anything now, it's just too bad.

Had intended to make a pavlova for afters, but instead opted for  a trifle.
Minimum effort for maximum impact:))
