Snow and Ic Sculpture Festival, Bruges

One of our Christmas traditions is to visit the Ice sculptures and Christmas markets in Bruges. This year we took Hubby's family with us to enjoy the -6 degrees temperatures! My kids seem to be immune to the cold but the adults never fair so well. This year the theme was The Land of the Hobs with sculptures of dwarves, elves, fairies and magicians. It was beautifully done as always and my kids and hubby were keen to try out the ice slide, as always!
For the past couple of years it has always poured down when we visit Bruges but today it was dry so it was particularly nice wandering through the cobbled streets stopping off to admire the amazing chocolate Christmas creations in the chocolateries!
