Morning Run

The time zones weren't working for me today. I was awake at 4.30am and up after 5. I was joined by Charlie who woke from a now rare bad dream.

So in anticipation of all the naughty food and drink coming up we both went for a 5k run at 6.00. We had the track to ourselves.
