Happy Birthday Tess!

Tess turns 11 and finally gets the phone she has asked for for many years. It's not been out of her hands since, so that's a win. Pancakes at Formartine's then off to see the reindeers at ythanbank, followed by nice visit from Grandma and Granda then Auntie Carolyn, then phone call from Auntie Jo. And nice thoughtful presents too for which she is very grateful. Changed days from the larger family visits and Tess' parties of yesteryear. Kids with christmas birthdays need a wee bit extra effort to be made so they don't feel forgotten about, even if it's just a bit of time spent with them.....although Tess has probably had enough of her coughing spluttering mother this week! Happy birthday Tess!
