Christmas Drinks....
.... at the newsagent's this time.
For some reason it was mostly men.
The food was popular too, especially the 8kg of king prawns.
This evening we enjoyed a Russian meal at Wally's, washed down with a bottle of Moet and the usual copious amounts of vodka. He had real candles on the Christmas tree which I hope he remembers to extinguish before retiring.
I should really have been at home stuffing the chicken for tomorrow, but I don't suppose we will starve.
Helen arrived on the train at 9:30pm to the usual Blackheath Christmas eve weather - 16C and thick mist. Lovely.
