Great Scott

The kids are up there somewhere, screaming and freezing. Me and Scott were sheltering under the Scott Monument and wondering just how cold they might be up there.

This was taken just before the hailstones arrived which necessitated taking refuge in the Scottish Gallery and then, later, in a telephone box.

In between there was marshmallows dipped in chocolate, Nutella crepes, five quid hot dogs and strong coffee.

We jumped back on the train home just as the sun was coming out.
