Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is my Dad's birthday, so today is one of those happy days tinged with some sadness.

We had a lovely sunny walk this afternoon, this photo is of the Church from a path we don't use often, nice to see if from a different angle.

We stopped off at the church and rang the bells up ready for midnight service ringing (which will actually be at 10.30pm for service starting at 11pm)  The church is roasting hot, it's usually freezing but they have got all the electric heaters on full blast and it's oven like!!

Off to sing Carols with the family at St Dunstans in Monks Risborough at 6pm, should be fun!
