... wheel.

I was attracted to this sculpture, catching the bright sunshine this morning (it's been a rare thing this week to see blue sky).

The sculpture, by local artist Steve Blaylock, was created for the Coach & Horses pub in Harrogate, as part of the Tour de France build-up in June..

The pub is one of two ideally positioned by the finish of Stage 1 and was previously blipped by ,DigitalDave when the pub temporarily changed its name to support the local hero Mark Cavendish, who then tumbled out of the race in the Stage1 sprint.

Hope everyone has a super Christmas, which will already be swinging along on the other side of the world. I have to carry on cooking dinner now for a small party this evening, which includes the aforementioned blipper and his partner as guests,.
